OFFICIAL MINUTES OF THE MARCH 5, 2025 AULT TOWNSHIP MEETING

David called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Board members present were Linda VanKekerix, David Houle and Brenda Schnurrer. Treasurer Patricia Hondl and Clerk Lorrie Houle were also present.

Following the Pledge to the flag, David called for a motion to accept the minutes, previously viewed by the supervisors via email. Motion made by Brenda.  Second by Linda. Motion carried.

​

David called for the financial report. Pat gave the following… There were 12 claims totaling a disbursement of $2134.58. There were 3 receipts totaling $3395.45.  Brenda moved to accept the report.  Linda second. Motion carried.  

​

Claims were reviewed. Motion made by Linda.  Second by Brenda to approve all claims. Motion carried.

 

OLD BUSINESS: - Locks were changed, mechanisms were cleaned and one hinge fixed.

             -  Door sweep was replaced.

             

PUBLIC COMMENT:  None

​

NEW BUSINESS:  - Go over the moderator form.

                -  Brimson Fire requesting use of hall on March 15th from 2-4 (5 at the latest) for community CPR. Approved

                -   Pat requesting to have her deputy treasurer go to the Spring Short Courses. Approved

​

ROAD REPORT:  -  Good condition 

​

CEMETERY REPORT:   None   

​

Any Other Business: 

​

PAY CLAIMS: The previously approved claims were paid.

​

ADJOURN:  David moved to adjourn, second by Brenda. Meeting adjourned at 8:14 pm.

                                      The next regular business meeting will be held on April 2nd, 2025 at 7PM.
